Soul Mechanical was hired by my general contractor to complete the gas work to my outbuilding. They did great work and everything was done on time so my business was able to reopen as scheduled.

Jeremy runs a fanatastic company with outstanding and committed employees. Jeremy came to the rescue twice for me once for my parents furnace and once for my own. Both times Dustin came over in a quick and professional manner with all the parts needed to do the repair. It was done quickly and properly with fantastic follow up. We'd worked with Jeremy to provide his team with digital health and safety management software awhile ago so the guys can work hard and stay safe. So when disaster happened (intake pipe into the hot water take ruptured) in my home, I reached out for help. Jeremy got back to me right away, and Adam braved the spiders in the utility room, as well as the vicious golden retriever who wouldn't let him past the door without exactly 52 head scratches early in the morning to assist. Adam kept in touch with me while he worked as I wasn't able to be at the property, and was able to replace the intake piping. I greatly appreciate the timely expert service, it was Halloween and the worst possible time to be without hot water with kids in the house! Thank you guys so much for the great service, I only hope next time it's a regular service request and not an emergency! I had Soul Mechanical do rough in plumbing for a 2 piece basement bathroom. They pulled the permit. Engagement was quick. During the work they contacted the city to confirm code on a couple of things due to the age of house and existing plumbing so there would be no issues for the inspection. They called and set up the inspection appt. Over all great job with a green pass from the city inspector. Inspector was impressed with the work.

I had the pleasure of working with Adam for a couple of years and he was a great team mate And was more then helpful in solving difficult problems. Great job Adam.

Jeremy helped make sure things were safe when we discovered the rupture, then helped walk us through our options for replacing the broken tank.
