Michael brings over 25 years of experience in HVAC/R and mechanical services to his role as Service Manager at Soul Mechanical. A Red Seal Journeyman and Certified Sales Professional, he combines deep technical knowledge with a practical, customer-first approach to service.

Throughout his career, Michael has worked in both field and management roles, gaining a broad understanding of the mechanical industry and what it takes to deliver exceptional service from start to finish. He’s known for his attention to detail, commitment to safety, and dedication to team development.

At Soul Mechanical, Michael leads our service operations with a focus on quality, accountability, and continuous growth. He’s passionate about supporting our technicians and delivering solutions that help our clients operate with confidence.

Outside of work, Michael volunteers with the Canadian Ski Patrol and enjoys spending time with his family, often exploring the outdoors and staying active in the Edmonton community
